02What We Collect
We collect information you give us directly when you sign up:
- Your name and email address
- Your studio name and number of locations
- Your operator type (franchise, independent, multi-unit, growth)
- Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, not by us
We also collect automatically: pages visited, device/browser info, and general location (country/city only).
We do not collect, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe handles all payment data and is PCI-DSS compliant.

- Create and manage your Operator 100 membership
- Send your access invite, daily action emails, and program communications
- Personalize your 100-day path based on your operator type
- Process your monthly subscription through Stripe
- Respond to support requests and improve the program

05Your Choices
- Unsubscribe — opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email
- Access your data — request a copy of the personal information we hold
- Delete your data — request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations
- Cancel your membership — stops future charges and removes active membership status

06Data Retention
We keep your account information while your membership is active. If you cancel, we retain basic records for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
07Security
We use HTTPS encryption on all pages. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe using PCI-DSS security. We do not store card details on our servers.
08Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies — primarily to keep you logged in and understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data.
09Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect.
