We ran studios. Hired consultants.
Became consultants. Saw the same gap every time.
Between the two of us, we've managed and operated multi-location boutique fitness studios, sat across from consultants as clients, and eventually worked as consultants ourselves.
The pattern repeated every time: studio owners were getting smart advice and going back to their businesses to execute alone — with no system, no daily structure, no accountability. The strategy deck sat in a folder. Nothing changed.
The consulting model isn't broken because consultants give bad advice. It's broken because advice without execution infrastructure doesn't change what happens inside a studio every day. Nobody was solving for that gap. So we built Studio Fly.
That's what Studio Fly builds.
